ScreenLogic Says Offline — What to Check

One common cause is a router change or ISP swap that changed your local network. ScreenLogic may cache the old network address and fail to find the protocol adapter.

Try rebooting the protocol adapter (pull power for about a minute) then rebooting your router. If the app still can't connect, remove the system from the app and re-add it fresh.

If that doesn't help, the protocol adapter itself may have failed. IntelliCenter is a modern replacement — a qualified provider can advise.
